Ihr neuer Arbeitgeber kann sich sehen lassen: As a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking an Architect/Civil Engineer or similar as a Project Manager for our client, a new international stud farm specializing in spectacular equestrian shows in the east of Orleans. In this position, you will lead the project development as part of a team and oversee the extensive expansion and renovation work with your expertise. The facility provides a unique environment for equestrian events. Our client offers a very competitive salary along with an initially fixed-term contract for 18 months. • Project Development and Management: You will be part of the development team responsible for adapting the estate to the needs of the equestrian show business and a campus for artists working with horses. Your tasks will include managing the project groups (e.g., architects, engineers, experts, and other involved companies), as well as conducting tender procedures, budgeting, negotiations, and awarding contracts.
  
• Construction Supervision: You will coordinate and monitor the construction activities together with the team, ensuring that the work is completed on time and in accordance with quality standards.
  
• Reporting: You will prepare regular reports and presentations for overall project management and company management, ensuring transparent communication about the project's progress.
  
• Management of External Contractors: You will manage the collaboration with contractors, construction companies, and other external service providers, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
  
• International Collaboration: You will work closely with your colleagues in Spain, France and Germany, ensuring seamless coordination between locations.

• Qualifications: You are an architect, civil engineer, technically skilled property manager, or an experienced project manager with specific expertise in the development of agricultural projects (e.g., rural event venues or stud farms).
  
• Language Skills: You are fluent in French and English; Spanish and/or German are an advantage.
  
• Mobility: You are willing to relocate to Dampierre-en-Burly, east of Orl--ans, or nearby to meet the demands of this exciting position.
  
• Experience: You have proven experience in project development/management and in managing property projects, ideally with a focus on agriculture or equestrian sports.
