Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Support Operations Manager to
manage and expand its Central Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Tier 3 Billing Support Specialists and offshore Tier 1 Billing
agents to enhance billing and user experience
Exceed KPIs/SLAs and build scalable processes through data analysis
and cross-functional collaboration
Improve user experience by leveraging operations and communication
skills
Required Qualifications
4+ years of medical billing support experience, including benefits
verification and revenue cycle management
3+ years of leadership experience managing billing support or
similar teams
Experience in collecting and analyzing survey data to improve
customer satisfaction metrics
Proficiency in process mapping, performance metrics, and process
optimization
Experience building processes and workflows independently
