Background and Project Scope:
The journey of deploying Digital Rounds across various Business Units is centered on transitioning from paper-based systems to a digital solution. The overarching goal is to drive adoption of the Digital Rounds, which will be measured by specific metrics that demonstrate the business value of going digital over traditional paper methods.

The value of implementing a digital solution includes:

Improved Timeliness and Detail: Operators will have access to more timely and detailed information, which is expected to lead to better operational decisions.
Data-Driven Solutions: The digital solution will enable end-to-end visibility and enhance user experience, which in turn will enhance asset reliability and have a positive impact on production and reliability.
Increased Efficiency: Digital Rounds aims to replace the traditional paper-based tracking system with a streamlined digital solution, increasing efficiency and productivity.
Adoption and Metrics: he success of the initiative will be tracked through metrics to support the business value. This includes monitoring the number of users, the frequency and quality of the data collected, and the impact on business processes.
Change Management: Involving field workers from day one, championing early adopters, and providing ongoing training and support are key strategies for successful adoption.
Integration: The digital solution includes integration into existing systems, providing a seamless experience for operators.

Key Expectations / Deliverables: Create status reports on Agile journey each week to show what was accomplished, issues, and next week's agenda
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Communicating and reporting to the stakeholders and management on the project status, progress, risks, and impediments
Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches
Track, forecast, and report information on project progress, including metrics and challenges
Identify the goals and requirements of each project
Verify data and information, and analyze it to suit the direction of a project
Closing the project and documenting the lessons learned and best practices
Prior experience as a project analyst in a related field
Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industry
Establishing key performance indicators
Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance
Identify problems and shortfalls, as well as offering solutions
Exceptional research and reporting skills
Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines
