Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Help Desk I.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline IT support for technical issues via phone, email,
and ticketing systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on
various devices
Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and
hardware for users
Key Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Networks, firewall
configuration, and network security
High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google
Workspace is a plus
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA are
preferred
Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management is
beneficial
