Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Underwriter to
analyze financial data and provide credit recommendations for
various commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite business loans for diverse commercial transactions
Analyze financial data and prepare standardized recommendations
using Excel and Word
Manage a high volume of loans, ranging from small credit card loans
to large construction loans
Required Qualifications
Education equivalent to a college degree, preferably in business
administration, finance, or accounting
Five or more years of related experience preferred
Ability to analyze and understand financial statements, including
those in tax forms
Understanding of business credit structure is a plus
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and
financial statement reporting is also a plus
