The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of the apartment complex by performing various maintenance tasks. Routine Maintenance:Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.Apartment Repairs:Address resident requests for repairs promptly and efficiently.Fix or replace appliances, fixtures, doors, and windows as needed.Conduct drywall repairs, painting, and touch-ups.Groundskeeping: Maintain the appearance of the grounds by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and removing debris.Ensure proper functioning of irrigation systems.Snow removal during winter months.Safety Compliance:Identify and address safety hazards promptly.Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.Report any unsafe conditions to the management.Communication:Provide clear communication with residents regarding maintenance schedules and access to their units.Collaborate with property management to prioritize and plan maintenance tasks.Qualifications:Proven experience in general maintenance work.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other relevant systems.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Physical fitness to perform tasks that may require lifting and manual labor. #IND #TLR Associated topics: garden, grounds, landscaping, maintenance, podadore, road, rug, surface, tree, trimmer
